States by IP Today Magazine, placing first in two of five categories
used to evaluate IP law firms. The study appeared in IP Today's
The Law Firm Patent Scorecard,™ which was published in the April
2010 issue and comes out once annually.

Magen ranked number eleventh overall, and was the highest ranked
patent boutique law firm in the nation. Vierra Magen also ranked
first in two of the five categories used in the ranking: Patents
having Current Impact and Innovation Cycle time.
